This place has an Really good location in the center of town. It is a short walk from the train station, even with luggage (super convenient!). Access to major attractions is easy. Several restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
The breakfast choices are a bit limited. The staff didn't seem quite as friendly to some guests (I hope this improves!).

My room balcony had a beautiful view of Matterhorn. The room was large and very brightly lit. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were adequate, providing everything I needed.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the railway station. the room included a coffee maker and in-room safe. It was nice. the staff at the front desk was very helpful, a big plus.
The breakfast buffet had limited choice. I found it disappointing. the shared balcony required us to keep the curtains closed. there wasn't a mini fridge in the room, sadly.
